Would you like a natural cure for yeast infections that works and works well?  How about 3?  I’m going to give you a combo which works like gangbusters, so if you’re sick and tired of the itching burning and swelling, put this system to work for you ASAP:

1.    Aloe Vera Gel

If you’re looking for a natural cure for yeast infections, you’re going to want to first start off using aloe vera gel.  This stuff will soothe your itching on contact.  Just make sure you get 99% pure gel that is see through green, not a paste.  Apply it directly to the affected area and voila, relief!

2.    Cranberry Juice

The effectiveness of this can’t be over looked, cranberry juice does a great job of flushing the yeast out of your system.  It literally prevents yeast from clinging to the inside lining of your mouth, intestines, urinary tract and vaginal cavity.  So drink up, just make sure there’s no added sugar!

3.    The Garlic Wrap

So now we got the itching taken care of and we’re attacking the problem from the mouth, so lets attack it from the other end as well.  What we’re going to do is chop off a piece of garlic, wrap it in gauze or cheesecloth, then twist that up and insert it vaginally.  Leave that in overnight for best results.

Each one of these natural cure for yeast infections is good by itself, but combined they really take care of the job on all fronts.  One thing to note though is that while you will be clear of the yeast infection, you will not have eliminated the yeast spores in your body.  The yeast spores are responsible for giving your recurring yeast infections down the line, they’re real annoying buggers that very few products can kill.  If you want to figure out how to get these guys out, click on this link for  a solution.

Remedies For A Yeast Infection

Want some remedies for a yeast infection that will actually be able to cure you of that annoying yeast once and for all?  It’s frustrating trying one thing after another and not seeing any real progress, so I’m going to present to you several methods for you to try out, pick out what you vibe with more and just go for it, attack it head on!

1.    Diflucan

There are many remedies for a yeast infection to choose from, this one in particular you’ll have to pick up from your doctor.  It’s pretty effective though and popular so it’s definitely worth considering.  When you first start taking it, you’ll take a double dose to get things going, thereafter you will take 100-150mg a day.  One thing to look out for with this though are flu-like side effects such as headache, nausea, dizziness, vomiting and diarrhea.

2.    The Yogurt Douche

Sugar-free yogurt is great for treating yeast infections with since it’s full of healthy bacteria which will kill off yeast.  So load a douche up with the yogurt as well as some water to dilute it and cleanse yourself out with it on a daily basis.  You can even try dipping a tampon in the yogurt and leaving that in overnight.

3.    Acidophilus Capsules

Remember that helpful bacteria in the yogurt?  It’s called acidophilus, and you can pick it up in capsule form in health stores!  If you can find this, try supplementing with this as well.

Any of the above remedies for a yeast infection will work out for you, just pick one or two and run with it.  One thing to note though is while they will clear you, they will not be able to kill off the yeast spores in your body.  This means that with them still in your body, you may have recurring yeast infections.  The only way to prevent this is with a “yeast spore” killing product such as this: click here to learn about killing yeast spores

Recurring Yeast Infections – Get Rid Of Them Once And For All!

May 23, 2009 by admin · Leave a Comment

Have a problem with recurring yeast infections?  There’s nothing worse than a yeast infection that just keeps coming back again and again and again!  I mean, can’t it take a hint?  If you have to deal with chronic yeast infections, you’re not alone, 17-26% of women with yeast infections have recurring ones and considering 75% of women get a yeast infection t least once in their life, that’s a lot of other people in the same boat as you.  So anyways, now that we’re in this boat, how do we jump ship?  Let me show you!

A Candida Diet?

Those with recurring yeast infections often times try out a candida diet to keep their yeast infections under control.  What does it entail?  A lot of hard work and discipline, that’s what!  You have to seriously reduce your sugar intake down close to 0 so that you don’t give the yeast in your body any reason to overpopulate again.  It’s tough, that means you need to cut down on all sugary sweets, deserts, chocolates, fruits and fruit juices!
Not only do you have to cut sugar out but you also should start taking in some of these foods as they are great anti-yeast agents:

Sauerkraut, chutney, kimchee, onions, carrots, radishes, papaya, blackberries, lemon seeds, almonds and pumpkins.

If you change your eating habits and begin implementing this kind of diet, you will see a reduction in the number of yeast infections you get each year but it is quite hard to stick to this kind of strict regimen.   It’s not like a weight loss diet where if you cheat  1 or 2 days out of the week you’re still good, just 1 cheat day can bring your yeast infection symptoms right back on.

If you’re tired of your recurring yeast infections and you feel this diet is not for you, there are other options.  One of the reasons you keep getting yeast infections is because you haven’t killed off the yeast spores in your body, when these decide to flare back up, you get another yeast infection.  Very few products kill off these annoying spores, however if you can manage to kill them all off, you’ll be in the clear, no more yeast infections!  Very few treatments that take care of recurring yeast infections though, here is one of the few that do: click here to learn more about killing the spores.

Over The Counter Yeast Infection Treatment – The Inside Scoop

So what’s the deal with over the counter yeast infection treatment?  Is it worth picking up or is it more trouble than it’s worth?  You may or may not be aware of this, but over half of those who try these medications seem to have something negative to say about it, either It doesn’t work for them or it causes a lot of unwanted side effects.  A lot of women complain that their itching, burning and swelling only INCREASES after taking this stuff!  But if you’re going to give it a shot here’s what you need to know.

Over the counter yeast infection treatment comes in either a cream or suppository, which one you decide on depends on what you’re more comfortable with using.  In addition, you can pick these up in 1, 3 or 7 day kits.  I find that the best results come from the 7 day kits so I would go with those over the others at first.

One thing to note is that a lot of these treatments contain boric acid which is considered a toxin and has actually been linked to some deaths.  Now chances are you’re not going to wind up dead taking this stuff, but it’s just something to keep in mind and look out for when picking up your product.

Another thing I want to mention is that if you do happen to go with a cream, when you’re applying it, try adding some white vinegar along with the cream, it can improve it’s efficacy.

Whether you will get enhanced side effects with over the counter yeast infection treatment is pretty much a 50/50 crapshoot.  But if you’re looking for a safer alternative that kills off yeast you do have other things you can try out.  One of the best safe treatments not only kills the yeast, but it prevents all further yeast infections, which is something very few products can actually do.  Check it out here.

In need of some cures for yeast infection?  I’m going to show you a couple of ways to get rid of it quick and painlessly, as long as you put this into practice and do this consistently you will be free of your yeast infection.  So here we go:

1.    Olive Leaf Extract

Out of the available cures for yeast infection, this one is pretty powerful, so much so that when you start out you should only take 2 500mg capsules a day.  Eventually work your way up to 4-6 a day.  When this starts killing off the yeast, you may experience what is known as a “die-off reaction”, this refers to flu-like symptoms you’ll get due to killing off too much yeast too quickly.  If you get these symptoms it’s a good sign, but cut back on the amount of extract you’re taking.

2.    Mmm, Garlic

Ever tried eating a clove of garlic raw?  Well, it may not taste too great but it’s a great cure for yeast infection.  Just cut out a slice froma  clove of garlic and chew it down.  Wash that down with some olive oil or milk and do this 3 times a day.  It’s not the most pleasant cure, but it does work.

3.    Veggies

Eat your veggies!  Veggies are important because they provide your system with essential nutrients and antioxidants to boost your immune system.  Yeast infections are the result of a weakened immune system so this will really give you a boost if you eat enough of them.

There are many cures for yeast infection, those are just a few which you can try out.  Now if you want to get rid of your yeast infection for good, you’ll need to look at more powerful treatments that are able to kill off the yeast spores.  Spores remain in your body even when your yeast infection is gone.  Very few treatments can kill these guys, but if you can kill them, you will be free of chronic yeast infections: Click here to learn how to get rid of yeast spores

Yeast Infections Treatment

In need of a yeast infections treatment?  Don’t you hate how they pop up at the worst of times?  I mean it’s as if they know exactly when they should NOT turn up and yet turn up anyway.  So how can you get rid of these frustrating buggers without losing your head?  Here’s a list of solutions which can have you clear in no time:

1.    Oil Of Oregano

This yeast infections treatment is quite effective due to it’s high carvacrol content.  This makes it a powerful anti-yeast agent.  Just pick some of this stuff up from your local health food store and take it as per the directions.

2.    Lemon Juice

Lemon juice is yet another powerhouse.  By raising the acidity, rather the pH of your body, you will more readily kill off the yeast.  Drink half a cup of lemon juice twice a day to kill off the yeast.

3.    Coconut Oil

Virgin Coconut oils are high in caprylic acid, this is great for fighting systemic or vaginal yeast infections.  Take up to 3.5 tablespoons of this each day.

4.    Fermented Foods – Yummy!

Doesn’t sound too good, but fermented foods contain a lot of “starter cultures” which basically means good bacteria which will fight off yeast.  Some good fermented foods are Kefir, chutney, kimchee, sauerkraut and kombucha.  Make sure these are not pasteurized though, that kills off the good bacteria.

Any yeast infections treatment above will do the trick for you, so take your pick.  Preventing yeast infections from recurring though is another story.  In order to stop all further yeast infections you will need to kill off the yeast spores which will remain in your body, very few products can tackle these buggers.  Click here for more info on killing yeast spores

Natural Cures For Yeast Infections

Filed under: Cures For Yeast Infections

If you need some natural cures for yeast infections, you need not look no further, I’ve compiled a list of things you can try out to get you clear of the yeasties in 2 weeks or less.  If you’re sick of the itching, burning and swelling, try these tips out:

1.    Acidophilus

One of the natural cures for yeast infections involves increasing the amount of acidophilus bacteria in your system.  Why?  Because Acidophilus emits a byproduct called hydrogen peroxide which kills off yeast.  Normally you have this bacteria living inside you at levels which cancel out the yeast and stop them from multiplying out of control.  But when your immune system is down and out, things go haywire and you’re in a serious bacteria shortage.

Just head over to a health food store and pick up these acidophilus capsules though and by supplementing with this, you will be able to restore the balance and kill off the excess yeast.

2.    Flaxseed Oil

This stuff is great for those looking to eat healthily, this is full of Omega-3 and Omega-6 essential fatty acids which our bodies need.  Not only is it good for us, but it also does a good job of killing of yeast.  Just pick this up from your local supermarket and take a few teaspoons each day.  Be warned though, it doesn’t taste too great!

These natural cures for yeast infections on their own are enough to get you in the clear although if you get a yeast infection again in the future, you’re going to have to repeat the process.  Repeat yeast infections are due to yeast spores which weren’t killed off the first time around that flared back up.  If you want to kill these buggers off and stop yeast infections for good, you’ll need a treatment which gets to the spores: click here to learn about a spore killing treatment

How To Treat Yeast Infections – It’s Really Not That Difficult!

May 2, 2009 by admin · Leave a Comment

Wondering how to treat yeast infections?  Well wonder no more, that mystery is about to be solved!  I’ve gone over a lot of methods on this blog and what I find is sometimes it takes mentioning certain things a few times over for its importance to sink in.  So if you’ve heard of any of this before, take this as reinforcement to try it out and stick to it, because all these treatments will cure you if they are applied properly!

1.    Slippery Elm Bark

If you want to know how to treat yeast infections, using slippery elm bark is a great way.  Not only does it help with the itching, but also the burning and the swelling, it’s an all in one solution.  Simply pick up the powder from a health food store and add some water to it to turn it into a paste.  With that paste, apply that liberally to the affected area for immediate relief.

2.    Stay Dry!

It’s critical that you keep dry down there at all times if you want to get rid of the infection.  This means you need to towel yourself off well after showers, stop wearing tight jeans and pretty much go commando if at all possible.  The more ventilation down there the better.

3.    Yogurt, Yogurt Yogurt!

You knew it was coming didn’t you?  Hey, I wouldn’t be mentioning it if it didn’t work like gangbusters!  Just get some sugar free yogurt, dip a tampon into it and insert that vaginally overnight, the naturally occurring acidophilus bacteria in there will kill off the yeast.

So if you want to know how to treat yeast infections, these solutions should do the trick, but if you want to prevent all further yeast infections from occurring, that’s a different story.  You need to kill off the yeast spores in your body to ensure you don’t have to deal with this nonsense anymore, the only problem is very few treatments are able to do this successfully.  If you’re interested in finding a permanent solution, click here to learn more.
