Do you have a yeast infection to cure?  If so, you’re not going to have to sit around suffering for much longer, I’ve got a bunch of solutions for you which you can start implementing and seeing results from right away.  Try these techniques out:

1.    Slippery Elm Bark

If you have a yeast infection to cure, this stuff works great because it not only treats the itching that comes with a yeast infection, but also the swelling and burning sensations.  Just pick it up in powdered form from a health food store, add some water, and bingo, you got some elm bark paste which you can apply vaginally for instant relief.

2.   Flaxseed Oil

Flaxseed oil is full of Omega-3 and Omega-6 essential fatty acids, these are both known for being potent anti-yeast fighters.  Supplement with this each day and not only will it help kill off the yeast, but you’ll be healthier for it.

3.  Chickweed

This stuff comes as either an ointment or as leaves you need to crush up and turn into a paste.  Either way, applying this stuff gets rid of any itching you have on contact, it’s great stuff.  Put it on 2-3 times a day to get rid of any itching.

So if you have a yeast infection to cure, put those solutions to the test.  In two weeks time you should be clear of the yeast and if you’re lucky, even sooner than that.  One thing you won’t be able to get rid of though are the yeast spores, those guys are hard to kill, not even store bought or prescription meds work for those buggers.  If you want to prevent all future yeast infections, you’re going to have to try out something more like this: click here for a powerful herbal solution

Causes Of Yeast Infection

Interested in figuring out what the causes of yeast infection are?  If you want to prevent yourself from getting any further yeast infections, you’re going to need to know what brought it on in the first place.  Some things are going to be within your control, others may not be, either way, here’s the most common culprits:

1.    Birth Control

One of the causes of yeast infection is taking birth control.  This tends to weaken the immune system and make you more susceptible to getting a yeast infection.

2.    Antibiotics

If you’re on any prescription medication, this could be responsible for your compromised immune system as well.

3.    Disease

If you happen to have any form of cancer, diabetes or even AIDS, these conditions seriously weaken the immune system and result in other ailments.

4.    Clothing

Wearing clothes that are too tight, dirty or of materials that don’t breathe well can bring about yeast infections.

5.    Diet

Eat a lot of sugar?  Sugar is essentially yeast food and only instigates them into growing out of control.

6.    Sex With an Infected Partner

If your partner has a yeast infection, you should refrain from sex until the symptoms subside and if you’re thinking of using a condom, unfortunately even the spermicidal lubricant on condoms can cause yeast infections.

7.    Chemicals

Be wary of using scented soaps and other fragrances, down there.  Doing so can upset the natural balance and cause a yeast overgrowth.

Regardless of what the causes of yeast infection are, you’re going to need a powerful way to treat it.  You can go with over the counter or prescription treatments, but the problem with them is they don’t kill off the yeast spores, leaving you vulnerable to recurring yeast infections.  In order to prevent all further yeast infections, you’re going to need a treatment which kills off the nasty yeast spores.  This is one such treatment: click here to check it out.

Yeast Infection Medicine

Want to know what kind of yeast infection medicine there is out there to take?  Well, before you look any further, I’m going to let you know right now that medication isn’t exactly the best solution, there are a lot of side effects that come with a lot of medication, namely increased itching, burning and swelling, the very symptoms you’re trying to cure!  You can also get flu-like symptoms such as diarrhea, vomiting, headaches and dizziness.  But if you want to head down this path regardless, this is what you can look into:

1.    Diflucan

This is a popular yeast infection medicine which you’ll have to get a prescription for.  Once you get it, you’ll be taking it in doses of 100-150mg per day.

2.    Boric Acid

This is a dangerous medication as it is considered to be toxic and has even been linked to deaths.  Nevertheless it is still available in many over the counter yeast infection treatments which goes to show you just because something is being sold in a store, doesn’t make it safe!  If you do try this out, take one 600mg vaginal suppository daily for 2 weeks.

3.    Gynazole

This is a prescription medication much like diflucan.  Speak to your doctor regarding both this and diflucan and be sure to follow their advice over anything else you may read.

So although yeast infection medicine may seem like the first thing to go to, you may want to rethink that and go with something a little more safer.  There are plenty of natural cures out there, cures that are not only natural but even more effective than prescription medication.  If you want to look into a powerful, safe yeast infection remedy which can have you yeast infection free in less than 1 day, click this link.

Prevent Yeast Infection – 3 Powerful Tips To Keep The Yeasties At Bay!

Want to know how to prevent yeast infection from taking control of your body?  There’s nothing worse than being at the mercy of the yeast, never knowing when they will strike next.  But there are ways of reducing the chance that they will ever rear their ugly heads again, just put these tips into practice:

1.    Stay Dry!

One way to prevent yeast infection is to remain as dry as possible, down there, at all times.  This means you need to towel dry yourself thoroughly after showering or after exercising.  A good tip is to use a blow drier to ensure it’s as dry as possible.

2.    Let it Breathe

You need to make sure your lower area is well ventilated.  This means stop wearing tight jeans, spandex shorts and leotards, these make for a perfect yeast breeding ground.  Also if possible go commando, if not during the day, at least at night.

3.    Cut Out The Pills!

If you happen to be taking birth control, this can often be the cause for a yeast infection.  Birth control pills tend to weaken the immune system and bring about yeast overgrowth.  Another type of pill which could do this would be antibiotics.  However consult your doctor before going off of those.

These are some of the best ways to prevent yeast infection from getting the best of you.  If you want to take that extra step though and ensure you never get another yeast infection ever again, you’ll need to kill off the yeast spores in your body.  Very few treatments do this, not even store bought or prescription meds do.  This is one of the few solutions that does: click here to learn how to kill yeast spores

Systemic Yeast Infection? – Attack It From All Fronts!

June 6, 2009 by admin · Leave a Comment

What is systemic yeast infection?  It’s basically when you have the candida albicans yeast not only local to the vaginal area, but all throughout your body.  That means you have it in your mouth, your bowels, your urinary tract, everywhere!  Not a pretty picture, but often times when you have a vaginal yeast infection, you also have that same yeast elsewhere too, this is why it’s a good idea to attack a yeast infection from multiple angles.  With that in mind, here’s a good 3 pronged attack to use:

1.    Virgin Coconut Oil

One way to treat systemic yeast infection is through supplementing with virgin coconut oil.  This stuff is high in caprylic acid which is the ingredient responsible for killing off yeast.  Just take around 3 tablespoons of this each day to see some progress.

2.    Suspensions

This will take care of the yeast that’s in your mouth, this is known as oral thrush and it usually appears as white patches on the tongue.  Suspensions work well against this, they are treatments you swish around in your mouth then swallow.  What you’ll want to try are Fluconazole, Miconazole Gel or Daktarin Oral Gel.

3.    Multibionta

This will further help flush out the yeast from the inside out.  Multibionta will help re-colonize your bowels with healthy bacteria which in turn will fight off the yeast.

Applying these techniques will address your systemic yeast infection on all fronts and clear you in a matter of weeks.  If you’re looking to prevent all further yeast infections and do so in short order you’re going to need a more powerful treatment.  One of the most powerful ones out there will keep you yeast free indefinitely due to killing off all yeast spores in your system.  To find out more about it, click this link.

Chronic Yeast Infection – Learn How To Fight It!

June 3, 2009 by admin · Leave a Comment

Do you have a chronic yeast infection that just won’t quit?  Are you tired of living yeast infection to yeast infection?  I know what it’s like, I’ve been there and it is horrendous.  So today lets look at some ways we can deal with chronic yeast infections so that we can go about living more normal healthy lives.

1.    The Yeast Infection Diet?

Chronic yeast infection sufferers usually try out the yeast infection diet first and foremost.  The main concept behind it is to limit your carbohydrate intake and reduce your sugar intake down close to 0.  Why?  Because sugar is what feeds the yeast in your body, without sugar, the yeast remain under control.  Now while this does work, it is hard to maintain and if you go off of it even for a day you can see a resurgence of your yeast infection symptoms.  It’s a tightrope act, but many people live their lives like this.

2.    Olive Leaf Extract

This is a great supplement to take.  Pick up 500mg caps and take 2 a day to start with.  As time goes by, up it to 4-6 a day.  If you get any flu-like side effects, cut your dosage down, this is usually a “die off reaction” which basically means it’s brought on by killing off too much yeast all at once.

3.    Buttermilk

If you can find this in the supermarket isles, pick it up!  It’s loaded with healthy bacteria that will fight off yeast.  Take 2 glasses of this each day and you’ll be on your way to re-establishing a healthy balance.

So if you’re a chronic yeast infection sufferer, try out the above, it’s a step in the right direction, but if you want to take it to the next level, you’re going to have to kill off the yeast spores remaining in your body.  What are yeast spores?  Well, they are what remain in your system once your yeast infection is “cleared”.  These can flare up at any time bringing on another yeast infection.  To truly be rid of chronic yeast infection, you need to kill these off with something like this: click here for the solution

Natural Cure For Yeast Infections

Filed under: Cures For Yeast Infections

Would you like a natural cure for yeast infections that works and works well?  How about 3?  I’m going to give you a combo which works like gangbusters, so if you’re sick and tired of the itching burning and swelling, put this system to work for you ASAP:

1.    Aloe Vera Gel

If you’re looking for a natural cure for yeast infections, you’re going to want to first start off using aloe vera gel.  This stuff will soothe your itching on contact.  Just make sure you get 99% pure gel that is see through green, not a paste.  Apply it directly to the affected area and voila, relief!

2.    Cranberry Juice

The effectiveness of this can’t be over looked, cranberry juice does a great job of flushing the yeast out of your system.  It literally prevents yeast from clinging to the inside lining of your mouth, intestines, urinary tract and vaginal cavity.  So drink up, just make sure there’s no added sugar!

3.    The Garlic Wrap

So now we got the itching taken care of and we’re attacking the problem from the mouth, so lets attack it from the other end as well.  What we’re going to do is chop off a piece of garlic, wrap it in gauze or cheesecloth, then twist that up and insert it vaginally.  Leave that in overnight for best results.

Each one of these natural cure for yeast infections is good by itself, but combined they really take care of the job on all fronts.  One thing to note though is that while you will be clear of the yeast infection, you will not have eliminated the yeast spores in your body.  The yeast spores are responsible for giving your recurring yeast infections down the line, they’re real annoying buggers that very few products can kill.  If you want to figure out how to get these guys out, click on this link for  a solution.

Remedies For A Yeast Infection

Want some remedies for a yeast infection that will actually be able to cure you of that annoying yeast once and for all?  It’s frustrating trying one thing after another and not seeing any real progress, so I’m going to present to you several methods for you to try out, pick out what you vibe with more and just go for it, attack it head on!

1.    Diflucan

There are many remedies for a yeast infection to choose from, this one in particular you’ll have to pick up from your doctor.  It’s pretty effective though and popular so it’s definitely worth considering.  When you first start taking it, you’ll take a double dose to get things going, thereafter you will take 100-150mg a day.  One thing to look out for with this though are flu-like side effects such as headache, nausea, dizziness, vomiting and diarrhea.

2.    The Yogurt Douche

Sugar-free yogurt is great for treating yeast infections with since it’s full of healthy bacteria which will kill off yeast.  So load a douche up with the yogurt as well as some water to dilute it and cleanse yourself out with it on a daily basis.  You can even try dipping a tampon in the yogurt and leaving that in overnight.

3.    Acidophilus Capsules

Remember that helpful bacteria in the yogurt?  It’s called acidophilus, and you can pick it up in capsule form in health stores!  If you can find this, try supplementing with this as well.

Any of the above remedies for a yeast infection will work out for you, just pick one or two and run with it.  One thing to note though is while they will clear you, they will not be able to kill off the yeast spores in your body.  This means that with them still in your body, you may have recurring yeast infections.  The only way to prevent this is with a “yeast spore” killing product such as this: click here to learn about killing yeast spores

Recurring Yeast Infections – Get Rid Of Them Once And For All!

May 23, 2009 by admin · Leave a Comment

Have a problem with recurring yeast infections?  There’s nothing worse than a yeast infection that just keeps coming back again and again and again!  I mean, can’t it take a hint?  If you have to deal with chronic yeast infections, you’re not alone, 17-26% of women with yeast infections have recurring ones and considering 75% of women get a yeast infection t least once in their life, that’s a lot of other people in the same boat as you.  So anyways, now that we’re in this boat, how do we jump ship?  Let me show you!

A Candida Diet?

Those with recurring yeast infections often times try out a candida diet to keep their yeast infections under control.  What does it entail?  A lot of hard work and discipline, that’s what!  You have to seriously reduce your sugar intake down close to 0 so that you don’t give the yeast in your body any reason to overpopulate again.  It’s tough, that means you need to cut down on all sugary sweets, deserts, chocolates, fruits and fruit juices!
Not only do you have to cut sugar out but you also should start taking in some of these foods as they are great anti-yeast agents:

Sauerkraut, chutney, kimchee, onions, carrots, radishes, papaya, blackberries, lemon seeds, almonds and pumpkins.

If you change your eating habits and begin implementing this kind of diet, you will see a reduction in the number of yeast infections you get each year but it is quite hard to stick to this kind of strict regimen.   It’s not like a weight loss diet where if you cheat  1 or 2 days out of the week you’re still good, just 1 cheat day can bring your yeast infection symptoms right back on.

If you’re tired of your recurring yeast infections and you feel this diet is not for you, there are other options.  One of the reasons you keep getting yeast infections is because you haven’t killed off the yeast spores in your body, when these decide to flare back up, you get another yeast infection.  Very few products kill off these annoying spores, however if you can manage to kill them all off, you’ll be in the clear, no more yeast infections!  Very few treatments that take care of recurring yeast infections though, here is one of the few that do: click here to learn more about killing the spores.

Over The Counter Yeast Infection Treatment – The Inside Scoop

May 20, 2009 by admin · Leave a Comment

So what’s the deal with over the counter yeast infection treatment?  Is it worth picking up or is it more trouble than it’s worth?  You may or may not be aware of this, but over half of those who try these medications seem to have something negative to say about it, either It doesn’t work for them or it causes a lot of unwanted side effects.  A lot of women complain that their itching, burning and swelling only INCREASES after taking this stuff!  But if you’re going to give it a shot here’s what you need to know.

Over the counter yeast infection treatment comes in either a cream or suppository, which one you decide on depends on what you’re more comfortable with using.  In addition, you can pick these up in 1, 3 or 7 day kits.  I find that the best results come from the 7 day kits so I would go with those over the others at first.

One thing to note is that a lot of these treatments contain boric acid which is considered a toxin and has actually been linked to some deaths.  Now chances are you’re not going to wind up dead taking this stuff, but it’s just something to keep in mind and look out for when picking up your product.

Another thing I want to mention is that if you do happen to go with a cream, when you’re applying it, try adding some white vinegar along with the cream, it can improve it’s efficacy.

Whether you will get enhanced side effects with over the counter yeast infection treatment is pretty much a 50/50 crapshoot.  But if you’re looking for a safer alternative that kills off yeast you do have other things you can try out.  One of the best safe treatments not only kills the yeast, but it prevents all further yeast infections, which is something very few products can actually do.  Check it out here.
