Treating Yeast Infection – It’s Not That Hard, Check This Out

Treating yeast infection is really simple so long as you know what you need to do.  There are plenty of ways you can get rid of the nasty yeasties and get back to just living your life, you just have to find a method that works well for your body.  I’m going to present to you 3 possibilities, just pick whatever vibes well with you:

1.    White Vinegar

Treating yeast infection with vinegar is pretty simple.  Just pick up a douche from the store and the vinegar of course.  Once you get home, mix the vinegar with some water to dilute it a bit, you’ll want to play around with the concentrations and find out which is most effective for you.  Once you’ve done that, load up the douche and administer it in a steady gentle flow.  This will cleanse you of all the bad yeast.

2.    Grapefruit Seed Extract

This solution you can pick up at a health food store.  Just place a few drops of this in water and drink it 3 times a day.  Another thing you can do is take a q-tip and dip it into the oil and apply that directly to the vaginal area.

3.    Veggies

Veggies are good for your diet and good for getting rid of yeast.  Why?  Because they are full of nutrients and antioxidants that will help boost your immune system up.  Yeast infections are often the result of a weak immune system, so anything that brings it up to the point it can fight off the yeast on it’s own is going to be good.

Treating yeast infection with one of the above methods will have you clear in about 2 weeks.  If you want to be clear sooner as well as prevent all further yeast infections, you’re going to have to look into something a bit more powerful.  One of the problems with most medications is they don’t kill off the yeast spores, this is why the yeast infection keeps on returning.  If you want to eliminate the spores, this is a good solution: click here for more info

Yeast Infection Relief – 3 Tips For Immediate Relief!

Want some quick yeast infection relief?  Nothing is worse than having to suffer from the intense itching, burning and swelling throughout the day, while you’re at work, while you’re out sopping, while you’re at home, it just follows you around everywhere and drives you nuts!  So what can be done to remedy this?  Here are some of the best solutions to fixing this problem:

1.    Aloe Vera Gel

For yeast infection relief, nothing will get to work as quick as 99% pure aloe vera gel.  This stuff provides relief on contact, just make sure it’s a clear green gel, not a paste.  Apply the gel whenever it is needed directly to the itchy area.  For some added relief, try leaving this in the fridge for a bit before applying it.

2.    Slippery Elm Bark

This is a great supplement to the aloe vera since not only does it stop itching, but also the burning and swelling.  Just get this in powder form at a health food store, add some water and presto, you’ve got some great yeast relief!

3.    Yogurt Cubes

Another way to provide you some relief is to get some sugar free yogurt and fill up a tray of ice cubes with it.  Once frozen, place a few of them into a bowl and apply them directly to where you are itchy and swollen for some cooling relief + treatment (the bacteria in the yogurt will help fight off the yeast).

The above tips will help bring you yeast infection relief, but they won’t fully kill off the yeast spores in your body.  What does this mean?  It means that you will not be 100% free, you can have another yeast infection pop up down the road.  The only way to be totally free is with something that kills off the yeast spores.  Very few products do this, although I have found one that does: click here for more info

Home Treatment For Yeast Infection – 3 More Killer Tips!

Ok, so I got some more people asking for a home treatment for yeast infection, so I’m going to write up a few more for you to take a stab at.  If you’ve decided that going the natural cure route is for you, here are 3 simple solutions you can whip up in no time:

1.    Yogurtsicle

This home treatment for yeast infection is basically a twist on the yogurt solution.  All you do is get some sugar free yogurt (this is key, you don’t want to feed the yeast), and pour it into a popsicle tray.  Put that in the freezer and when its done, you have relief on a stick!   It will soothe the itching, and swelling when you apply it, plus it will treat the infection with the bacteria that’s in the yeast.

2.    Grapefruit

Grapefruit is another killer solution.  Just pickup a red grapefruit from the supermarket, slice it up and use one of the slices to insert vaginally.  The acidic juices that flow out from that will help kill off the yeast.  Do this 2 times a day if you can.

3.    Buttermilk

This is something you can drink 1-2 glasses of to re-introduce some more healthy bacteria into your system.  When you have a yeast infection, it is usually not only in the vaginal cavity, but in your mouth and bowels as well.  This will help take care of the yeast in these areas.

So if you needed a home treatment for yeast infection, put those to work, you should see results in two weeks time.  If you’re looking for faster results or you want to just be free of yeast for good, you’re going to need a more powerful treatment.  Click here for a more powerful solution.

Candida Albicans Treatment

When it comes to candida albicans treatment, there are many ways you can go about doing it, you can take over the counter yeast infection treatment, prescription medication or even go down the route of natural remedies.  So here’s pretty much a look at all 3 of those options, pick out one of these solutions and run with it:

1.    Diflucan

This candida albicans treatment is a prescription medication you’ll have to see your doctor for.  Don’t be shy about going to your doctor over this, it’s normal, and they’ve seen much worse anyway!  When you get a prescription, you’ll be taking a double dose the first day, after which you’ll be taking about 100-150mg per day for 2 weeks.  I should mention that there is the possibility of getting side effects such as vomiting, headaches, diarrhea and other flu-like symptoms.

2.    Over The Counter Yeast Infection Treatment

There are many treatments you can pickup from the store, but most of them are either 1, 3 or 7 day kits that are suppositories or creams.  If you go for this be careful with the solutions that have boric acid in them.  Although it is a potent anti-yeast ingredient, it is toxic and has been the root cause of several deaths.  Bottom line is, not all store bought medications are 100% safe.

3.    Sugar Free Yogurt

Why sugar free?  Because yeast live off of sugar, if you introduce more of it into your system, you’re only making things worse for yourself.  So what you’re going to do is dip a tampon into the sugar free yogurt and insert that vaginally for 45 minutes twice a day.  Keep this up for two weeks and you will be free of the yeast.

Any of the above candida albicans treatment methods will work for you as long as you’re consistent with it.  But they will not be able to kill off the yeast spores in your body and prevent future yeast infections.  In order to ensure you don’t keep getting them over and over again, you’ll need a different kind of treatment: click here to learn more

Over The Counter Yeast Infection Treatment – The Inside Scoop

May 20, 2009 by admin · Leave a Comment

So what’s the deal with over the counter yeast infection treatment?  Is it worth picking up or is it more trouble than it’s worth?  You may or may not be aware of this, but over half of those who try these medications seem to have something negative to say about it, either It doesn’t work for them or it causes a lot of unwanted side effects.  A lot of women complain that their itching, burning and swelling only INCREASES after taking this stuff!  But if you’re going to give it a shot here’s what you need to know.

Over the counter yeast infection treatment comes in either a cream or suppository, which one you decide on depends on what you’re more comfortable with using.  In addition, you can pick these up in 1, 3 or 7 day kits.  I find that the best results come from the 7 day kits so I would go with those over the others at first.

One thing to note is that a lot of these treatments contain boric acid which is considered a toxin and has actually been linked to some deaths.  Now chances are you’re not going to wind up dead taking this stuff, but it’s just something to keep in mind and look out for when picking up your product.

Another thing I want to mention is that if you do happen to go with a cream, when you’re applying it, try adding some white vinegar along with the cream, it can improve it’s efficacy.

Whether you will get enhanced side effects with over the counter yeast infection treatment is pretty much a 50/50 crapshoot.  But if you’re looking for a safer alternative that kills off yeast you do have other things you can try out.  One of the best safe treatments not only kills the yeast, but it prevents all further yeast infections, which is something very few products can actually do.  Check it out here.

Yeast Infections Treatment

In need of a yeast infections treatment?  Don’t you hate how they pop up at the worst of times?  I mean it’s as if they know exactly when they should NOT turn up and yet turn up anyway.  So how can you get rid of these frustrating buggers without losing your head?  Here’s a list of solutions which can have you clear in no time:

1.    Oil Of Oregano

This yeast infections treatment is quite effective due to it’s high carvacrol content.  This makes it a powerful anti-yeast agent.  Just pick some of this stuff up from your local health food store and take it as per the directions.

2.    Lemon Juice

Lemon juice is yet another powerhouse.  By raising the acidity, rather the pH of your body, you will more readily kill off the yeast.  Drink half a cup of lemon juice twice a day to kill off the yeast.

3.    Coconut Oil

Virgin Coconut oils are high in caprylic acid, this is great for fighting systemic or vaginal yeast infections.  Take up to 3.5 tablespoons of this each day.

4.    Fermented Foods – Yummy!

Doesn’t sound too good, but fermented foods contain a lot of “starter cultures” which basically means good bacteria which will fight off yeast.  Some good fermented foods are Kefir, chutney, kimchee, sauerkraut and kombucha.  Make sure these are not pasteurized though, that kills off the good bacteria.

Any yeast infections treatment above will do the trick for you, so take your pick.  Preventing yeast infections from recurring though is another story.  In order to stop all further yeast infections you will need to kill off the yeast spores which will remain in your body, very few products can tackle these buggers.  Click here for more info on killing yeast spores

How To Treat Yeast Infections – It’s Really Not That Difficult!

May 2, 2009 by admin · Leave a Comment

Wondering how to treat yeast infections?  Well wonder no more, that mystery is about to be solved!  I’ve gone over a lot of methods on this blog and what I find is sometimes it takes mentioning certain things a few times over for its importance to sink in.  So if you’ve heard of any of this before, take this as reinforcement to try it out and stick to it, because all these treatments will cure you if they are applied properly!

1.    Slippery Elm Bark

If you want to know how to treat yeast infections, using slippery elm bark is a great way.  Not only does it help with the itching, but also the burning and the swelling, it’s an all in one solution.  Simply pick up the powder from a health food store and add some water to it to turn it into a paste.  With that paste, apply that liberally to the affected area for immediate relief.

2.    Stay Dry!

It’s critical that you keep dry down there at all times if you want to get rid of the infection.  This means you need to towel yourself off well after showers, stop wearing tight jeans and pretty much go commando if at all possible.  The more ventilation down there the better.

3.    Yogurt, Yogurt Yogurt!

You knew it was coming didn’t you?  Hey, I wouldn’t be mentioning it if it didn’t work like gangbusters!  Just get some sugar free yogurt, dip a tampon into it and insert that vaginally overnight, the naturally occurring acidophilus bacteria in there will kill off the yeast.

So if you want to know how to treat yeast infections, these solutions should do the trick, but if you want to prevent all further yeast infections from occurring, that’s a different story.  You need to kill off the yeast spores in your body to ensure you don’t have to deal with this nonsense anymore, the only problem is very few treatments are able to do this successfully.  If you’re interested in finding a permanent solution, click here to learn more.

Treat Yeast Infection – Before It Treats You!

April 29, 2009 by admin · Leave a Comment
Filed under: Yeast Infection Treatment

Need a simple way to treat yeast infection?  If I had to pick out a favorite way I’d go about getting the job done, here is what I would do.  This is not only easy to implement, but it also covers all the bases and handles the itching, burning and swelling in a comforting way:

1.    A Bowl Of Yogurt Cubes

If I were to treat a yeast infection, the first thing I’d do is get some sugar-free yogurt form the store and fill an ice cube tray with it.  Once it’s frozen, I’d take out a couple of cubes and place them into a bowl and apply that vaginally to instantly get some soothing relief for the yeast infection.  Not only is it soothing, but the bacteria in the yogurt will work to kill off the yeast in your body.

2.    The Garlic Twist

Once I’ve gotten some quick relief I’d get a clove of garlic, chop off a slice and twist that up in some gauze.  With that, I would insert it up near the cervix and leave that in overnight to kill off the nasty yeasties causing all the ruckus.  I’d keep doing this each night until two days after I notice my symptoms subside.

3.    Cranberry Juice

I’ve mentioned this before, but hey, “repetition is the mother of skill” –Tony Robbins.  I would also attack this problem from the inside by drinking cranberry juice to flush out the yeast.  Cranberry juice has a unique property about it which prevents yeast from clinging to your body.  So not only will it flush out the yeast you already have, but it will stop yeast from clinging on in the future if you keep drinking it.

So if you’ need to treat yeast infection, that’s one 3 pronged attack which works pretty well.  It will cure your symptoms, but of course, you may get a yeast infection again at some point.  Why?  Because nothing kills the yeast spores in your body and these can flare back up at any time.  Actually there is one product which kills off the spores, not many people know about it though: Click here to learn more

Remedy Yeast Infection With These Simple Steps

April 25, 2009 by admin · Leave a Comment
Filed under: Yeast Infection Treatment

Want to remedy yeast infection?  If your yeast infection is just driving you up the wall, there are simple solutions for this, you don’t have to keep suffering.  I’m going to go over some solutions which if you implement, you will be clear within two weeks time.  Make sure you do each of these together to see the best results:

1.    Vitamin C

If you want to remedy yeast infection ASAP, this will help you out big time.  One of the reasons you get yeast infections in the first place is due to a compromised immune system.  This can be due to taking prescription medications, antibiotics, birth control pills or even due to diseases such as cancer, diabetes and AIDS.  Regardless of the reason, supplementing with vitamin C will help to boost your immune system which will in turn help you fight off the excess yeast in your system.

2.     Cranberry Juice

Taking cranberry Juice along with this is going to also help flush your body of the excess yeast since cranberry juice prevents yeast from sticking to the insides of your body.  Just make sure there is no added sugar to the juice and you’re golden.

3.    Get Enough Sleep!

A lot of people these days don’t sleep enough and this is also contributing to having a weakened immune system.  Make sure you’re getting 8 hours of solid sleep so your body can fight off the yeast.

If you do all of these at once, you will remedy your yeast infection in no time.  It’s important to note though that you still will have yeast spores living in your body after this treatment.  This is what always happens, nothing ever kills this stuff off and that’s why you keep getting yeast infections.  The problem is very few treatments can actually kill this off.  If you’re interested in learning more about how to kill off the spores, check out this link to find out how.
