1.    Yogurt

One way how to treat yeast infection is with yogurt.  Simply insert a tampon coated with sugar-free yogurt vaginally and leave that in for 30-60 minutes.

2.    Cranberry Juice

With this solution, simply start drinking 2 glasses of no sugar added cranberry juice each day to flush the yeast out of your system.

3.    Garlic

Cut out a slice, wrap it up in some gauze and insert it vaginally overnight and KABLAMO! Dead yeast.

4.    Buttermilk

2 cups a day, for two weeks is all it takes, filled with healthy bacteria which are potent yeast fighters.

5.    Tea Tree Oil

6.    Yakult

7.    Slippery Elm Bark

One of the best ways how to treat yeast infection.  It Reduces swelling, burning and itching!  Mix this powder with water, form a paste and slather that on.

8.    Hempseed Oil

A great supplement full of Omega-3 and  6 fatty acids.  These are potent yeast fighters, drink up!

9.    White Vinegar

Load up a douche with this and some water to dilute it a bit and you’ll be ready to flush that yeast out.

10.    Virgin Coconut Oil

This stuff is full of caprylic acid, take 3.5 tablespoons a day and you’ll be well on your way.
