1.    Slipperly Elm Bark

This is arguably the best solution.  It not only provides immediate relief for the itching, but it also alleviates the swelling as well as that burning sensation.  Just get it from a local health food store in powder form, add some water to it to turn it into a paste and apply that where it’s needed.

2.    Aloe Vera Gel

This is a great solution for the vaginal itch as well.  Just make sure you get the clear green gel that’s 99% pure, it’s most effective.  As soon as you apply this, you will feel instant relief.  You can even leave this in the fridge for an extra cooling effect which is nice.

3.    Yogurt On A Stick

Nothing beats yogurt on a stick!  Simply fill up a popsicle tray with some sugar free yogurt and freeze it.  What you’ll end up with is a soothing popsicle stick you can apply vaginally to alleviate your swelling and itching as well as provide treatment by introducing healthy bacteria present in the yogurt.

The above methods will definitely provide you much needed yeast infection relief, but if you want to be rid of your yeast infections for good, you will need to kill off the yeast spores in your body.  These guys will linger around only to flare-up again in the future and cause more problems.  There are only a few treatments which take care of these guys.  If you’re interested in finding out more about them, click here for more info…

In search of a yeast infection remedy that’s going to bring you some relief?  Yeast infections can be a pain to deal with and make you feel extremely uncomfortable throughout the day.  So given that’s something we want to avoid, what are our options?  Well, here are a few of the best treatments which will provide immediate relief and get to work on killing off that pesky yeast.

1.    Chickweed

This yeast infection remedy isn’t talked about much, it can be found in a supplement store as an ointment or it can just be picked up as leaves.  If you get the leaves, chop them up and turn them into a paste with water.  Once you have the paste, or just the ointment, apply that to the affected area for immediate relief from itching.

2.    Aloe Vera Gel

This is another great solution for the itching.  Literally, as soon as this is applied you will feel instant relief!  Just make sure it’s a green clear liquid that is 99% pure, don’t get the aloe vera that looks like a paste.  Keep applying this daily and the itching should not be a major problem.

3.    Olive Leaf Extract

Ok, so here’s what we’re going to take to fight off the yeast.  Just pick it up in a 500mg cap concentration and start off taking 2 a day.  You can up this over time to 4-6 a day, check your tolerance, if you end up getting any flu-like symptoms lower the dosage or stop taking it all together.

So if you needed a yeast infection remedy, the above treatments will provide you some great immediate relief and the olive leaf extract will work to chip away at the yeast.  Now while you may be clear of the yeast infection, you will not have killed off the yeast spores, these will remain in your body dormant.  If they become active down the road, you will get another yeast infection, this is the problem for many chronic yeast infection sufferers, but it can be solved with solutions such as this: click here for more info
